  • Two months in with the new Arris G34, and the Internet connection is still “buggy.” After two modems/routers, I was beginning to think it may not be the devices’ faults. And I started suspecting it may be Comcast or the cable setup after all.

  • It started with random reboots. Then the Wifi just stopped working. Things were connected to the router fine, but there was no Internet access for any of them. I blamed it on Comcast/Xfinity since they were typically responsible for these resets as they “upgraded their network to serve [me] better.”
