Two months in with the new Arris G34, and the Internet connection is still “buggy.” After two modems/routers, I was beginning to think it may not be the devices’ faults. And I started suspecting it may be Comcast or the cable setup after all.
It started with random reboots. Then the Wifi just stopped working. Things were connected to the router fine, but there was no Internet access for any of them. I blamed it on Comcast/Xfinity since they were typically responsible for these resets as they “upgraded their network to serve [me] better.”
